What's a good wine to serve with baked mostaccioli?
I'm cooking dinner and was wondering what type of wine to serve with baked mostaccioli? White Cabernet Sauvignon? Merlot? Zinfandel?

- It would go with a rich cab. sav.. Compliment the red sauce and the meat, and be rich enough to with the cheese.

- kind of depends on how you are baking it. is it with a red sauce? white sauce? if it is like a meat based red sauce, I would do a chianti or sangiovese with it. Both are nice medium bodied reds that balance the acidity of the tomatoes. if a whtite sauce I would do pinot grigio, vermentino or sauv blanc.
