1. Merlot is my favourite. The Andrew Garrett one is really nice (in Australia) but I haven't seen it around for a while and there are hundreds of others to choose from.

4. Try Robert Mondavi Private Select Merlot (California), it is showing great right now, very complex for the price and easy drinking. It should be around $12 or $13. A good value! If you want something juicier with alot of fruit, try Lindeman's Reserve Merlot (Australia). It should be around$10 or $11.
