How do I legally sell and ship two bottles of Marilyn Merlot wine? I was given both a 1992 bottle and a 1997 bottle (740 mil) of Marilyn Merlot wine by a friend. She wants me to sell them for her to fund her move to Mexico. Ebay and all other sites tell me I have to be an authorized alcohol seller and go through mounds of Texas legislature paperwork. Does anyone know an EASY way for me to sell her bottles of wine? She needs the cash more than she needs to have a collector's item. Thanks!

How do I sell a Marilyn Merlot 1995? I have a bottle of Marily Merlot 1995 in mint condition and I would like to sell it. I tried eBay but it only allows certified wine sellers to sell wine and they require 30% commission or more on the sale. I am in New York city (Manhattan). Does anyone know how else I can sell it? Any wine collectors clubs in the area or online? This is a wine that sells for $500 per bottle and I'm willing to sell it as low as $200.
I have a 1988 bottle of Marilyn Merlot but I do not have a liquor License and want to sell it ...? I cant post it on ebay or yahoo auctions because I cant legally sell alcohol, any suggestions? Yes, I know I cant list it on ebay .. that's in my question ... and it's in a proper wine box which regulates the temp and keeps it horizontal so the cork stays wet, and it stays out of light ... that isnt the question either ... where can I sell it, that's the question ...?
Marilyn Merlot and Norma Jeane A Young Merlot ? Is Marilyn Merlot a good wine? I tried Norma Jeane, A Young Merlot, and I didn't like it at all.
Has anyone tried Marilyn Merlot wine? I saw it in a store today and now I wished I had bought some. It seems more like a collectible than a good choice for dinner. What a pretty bottle, but how does it taste?
I have a 1989 bottle of Marilyn Merlot that had been very cared after, but I just moved and the movers? scratched the bottle and label, tearing a small piece of the label off. The movers want to "pay" $25 for the damage, but in the condition it was in it was worth around 2k, should I claim from my insurance company instead?
I have begun collecting wines but don't drink wine, have a question? I have begun collecting celebrity wines such as Marilyn Merlot, etc. I have read that Merlots are not meant to go left unconsumed any more than 8-10 years after creation Some of the wines I am collecting are not intended to go left unconsumed anymore than 2 years My question is, since I don't plan on ever opening or drinking them, will the wine still be valuable and taste good if I plan on selling it in 20 years, assuming I store them under the correct conditions? Thanks

What is the best way to store wine that will not be opened until at least 20 yrs from now? My grandmother gave me a collector's edition of Marilyn Merlot Velvet Collection wine I plan on holding on to the wine for quite a while as it is very valuable What is the best way to store the wine? It comes in a box, should I remove it from the box? I've also heard of storing it at an angle to keep the cork moist? Thanks in advance It's not inside the box, you can pull it out Here's a picture of one exactly like mine: http://www.marilynwines.com/03vc/03-vc-mag-box.jpg
